- MobbScan: A cutting-edge identity document recognition solution (ID cards, passports, etc.) that determines if a document is authentic and belongs to the user through biometric recognition. It also scans textual information via OCR, filling out any form. MobbScan is the ideal solution for any digital onboarding process.
- MobbID: A biometric authentication product capable of providing user identification through a mobile device using one or more of the user’s unique characteristics (voice, face, signature, iris, fingerprint…).
- MobbSign: A solution that allows documents to be signed electronically with a handwritten signature, legally binding, paper-free ♻️, from a digital device (iPad, tablet, smartphone, pen tablet…).
In your day-to-day work and across these three products, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and evolving APIs and backend services for the back offices and/or dashboards of our various products.
- Developing and optimising microservices that implement key product operations, ensuring scalability and resilience in high-performance environments.
- Working closely with the frontend team, ensuring seamless integration between the presentation layer and backend services to deliver a consistent and robust user experience.
- Contributing to technical and architectural decisions, as well as potential functional improvements to the products.
- Ensuring data security and protection at all stages of processing by applying best practices in cybersecurity and compliance with regulations and standards.

What We’re Looking For
Ideally, we’re after someone with backend development experience and skills in the following areas:
- Experience with Java and Spring. Other backend languages like Node.js or Python are also highly valued.
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, including RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong grasp of design patterns and development best practices (Clean Code, SOLID).
- Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and collaboration practices such as merge requests and code reviews.
- Experience with unit and integration testing using frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, or similar.
- It would be great if you have experience working with automation and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
It would be a bonus if you have experience with:
- Familiarity with containers and cloud infrastructures such as Docker, Kubernetes, and platforms like AWS.
- Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and tools like JIRA.
- Knowledge of backend system monitoring and logging using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Interest or experience in Machine Learning and large-scale data processing.
- Knowledge of asynchronous messaging with technologies like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Experience with performance optimisation and scalability in high-load backend applications.

Your main role as Project Manager will be to coordinate the various projects resulting from the sale of our products to clients.
You will be involved from the start, assisting the sales team if needed, liaising with clients once the project is sold, and managing and monitoring progress until it goes live.
You’ll need to ensure that customer expectations are met and that the team delivers the defined functionalities, acting as a communication bridge between all parties, including managing project costs and efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project, defining its scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
- Manage and communicate with clients, as well as with other internal departments involved in the project’s development.
- Identify risks and analyze potential bottlenecks in the project.
- Create, support, and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to the Operations department.

- Maintain, improve, and adapt the current product JavaScript SDKs to ensure they run smoothly on the latest browser and mobile device versions.
- Design and implement, alongside the rest of the team, the next generation of SDKs to improve system stability, testability, and observability, and to leverage the latest frontend innovations.
- Participate in technical and architectural decisions, as well as in the potential functional improvements of the products.
- Optimise the performance of our web platform across all browsers.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience as a frontend developer and with knowledge or skills in the following areas:
- Experience with a JavaScript/TypeScript framework. Angular is preferred; React and/or Vue are also welcome. The most important thing is your passion for the project.
- Strong knowledge of designing experiences through Web standards (ES6+, HTML5, CSS…).
- Experience in developing responsive layouts and using design patterns applicable to web technology.
- It would be great if you’ve worked with plain JavaScript (Vanilla JS).
- Knowledge of hybrid frameworks (Cordova, Capacitor…) is a plus.
It Would Be Fantastic If You Also Had Experience With:
- Using multimedia through web APIs, especially WebRTC.
- Working with TDD and testing frameworks like Vitest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Experience with Vite, Webpack…
- Working under a continuous integration model with code reviews and automated deployments to production (Jenkins, Vagrant, TravisCI, CircleCI…).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban…).
