Biometric signature with full legal validity
MobbSign is considered an Advanced Electronic Signature and complies with Article 26 of the European Regulation (No. 910/2014) on Electronic Signature, eIDAS as:
- It is uniquely linked to the person signing.
- It serves to identify it.
- It is created under the exclusive control of the signatory/signer.
- The signed document cannot be subsequently modified.

The biometric handwritten signature is a self-contained signature, i.e. it is stored within the signature field of the PDF document itself.
For Adobe Acrobat Reader, one of the programs for reading and editing PDF files, to recognize the signature as valid, MobbSign encapsulates the biometric signature with a certificate issued by a trusted third party that is recognized by this proprietary software, thus obtaining the green check from Adobe.

Forensic tool
As part of the solution, a forensic verification tool is included that will be used by a handwriting expert in the event of a dispute regarding the signed contract.
For each instant of time, it will be possible to know essential characteristics such as:
- Coordinates (X, Y).
- Pressure and pressure variation.
- Velocity (X, Y).
- Acceleration (X, Y) and angular acceleration.
- Number, order, and duration of strokes.

This method allows the advanced electronic signature by encrypting and embedding the voice in the electronic document to be signed.
The steps to follow would be similar to those of the handwritten signature, but once the document has been reviewed, the user must follow the indications established by the system and make a voice recording.
The biometric data from this recording will be embedded in the document and act as biometric evidence to verify the identity and authorship of the signature.

The signature process through OTP consists of the client signing the document through an OTP code (numeric code of single-use and temporary validity) that will arrive on their phone number, giving their consent, and capturing all the possible pieces of evidence in this process: name, phone number, signature device, time of signature, access IP, etc.
The code and the document can be sent by email and/or SMS, in which case the SMS would have an additional cost.
