Yes. MobbSign is considered an advanced electronic signature designed to guarantee the authenticity, integrity, and legal validity of digitally signed documents and comply with eIDAS and other similar regulatory frameworks.

We use cryptographic technologies that authenticate the identity of the signatory and guarantee that the content of the document has not been altered since the original signature.

We have a forensic verification tool that allows us to analyse the various aspects of the signature, such as the variation in pressure or the order in which the strokes were drawn, to determine whether the signature corresponds to the supposed signer or whether it has been altered.
